Threshing Barn Wedding for Sophie and Joe
Interviews 09.10.2023
Congratulations to Sophie and Joe who were married in the threshing barn at Ash Barton last October and enjoyed a full weekend of celebrations including a silent disco and a game of rounders!
Hair and make-up: Andrea Luella and Isabelle Grace Makeup
“The incredible glam squad was Andrea and Isabelle Grace Makeup who I couldn’t recommend enough! I definitely had the same make-up and hair all day on the Sunday!

“Our lovely photos were by Edd Taylor Weddings. Great if you want natural shots and a super chill and lovely person.”
Videography: Union Video
“We had some incredible videos filmed by Andy at Union Film and we could not recommend him enough! He felt like one of the family and had the best sense of humour!”

Music: Indianational
“We had the Indienational band for our music and they were amazing. The dance floor was packed.”
Catering: Big pot Kitchen
“Big Pot Kitchen were our caterers and we had the jambalaya and then mac and cheese for evening food and it went down a treat! Super delicious.”
Wedding co-ordination and styling: Best Day Ever
“And of course the day wouldn’t have happened without the BRILLIANT Katie and her team at Best Day Ever. Fom calming me down before the ceremony, setting everything up, pouring drinks - the list is endless! We got married in the threshing barn and Katie made it more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.”
Flowers, cakes and tables decorations: “We organised ourselves.”
“On the Friday we did a silent disco in the old chapel which went down so well - maybe too well as there were sore heads on the Saturday!
“On the Sunday we did a brunch in the big party barn. And then had glorious sunshine so played rounders on the field by the pool.
“We literally had the time of our lives- we are so jealous of everyone whose weddings are still to come! Savour every moment because it’s over in a flash!”
