A year ago, the lovely Olivia and Tom had their wedding at Ash Barton with a Midsummer Night's Dream theme. Here, Olivia shares her thoughts on the day.

"We chilled the night before and hired a beauty company, Julie’s Mobile Beauty, who gave us manicures and massages. It was amazingly relaxing!"

"My dress was handmade by the supremely talented Bethany at Make and Mend productions in Hackney, London. She took my mad ramblings and made the vision come to life!"

"I bought a floral overlay dress from AliExpress for the bridesmaids and then they picked their own underlayer in dark green."

"The groomsman were also dressed in shades of jewel green. Tom wore a custom-made dark green suit from Jennis & Warmann in Hackney."

"Hair was by Devon Wedding Hair and make-up by Suzi Winter. Both made me feel like a princess."

"Our photographer was the incredible Toby Lowe Photography who took my ideas and made them reality. He was wonderfully unobtrusive and fitted in to the wedding like a guest!" 

"The bouquets, which were wild and natural, were put together by the bridesmaids using flowers from The Flower Monger."

"The day music was by the stunning Bridge Strings who played Moon River on the violin as I walked down the aisle, which was highly moving."

"In the evening the band was the fabulous Ubermeister who had the dance floor filled at all times!" 

"We had delicious evening food by Tasty Beast and a photobooth by PictureBlast Photo Booth Hire."
