“We did a chilled day on the Thursday for people arriving and got fish and chips from Squires for everyone. Friday was set-up day and then we finished off the evening with bought-in pizzas, cricket on the front lawn, henna for the girls and plenty of drinks. Saturday - the big day! Sunday we had a big barbecue outside the pool area overlooking where we got married under the old oak tree, catered by our amazing wedding caterers, Ceylon and Beyond!”

“Rachel was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a cooler person to do up me and my bridesmaids. Genuinely so chill and lovely from the day of the trial right up to the day itself and she did such an amazing job making us all look amazing.”

“I was so worried about my hair being shorter than when we did the trial for it two years previously but Carly weaved her magic and made it look exactly the same, better than I remember!”

"Orla is a personal friend of mine who has recently completed her celebrant training. I couldn't have asked for a better ceremony, completely personalised to the two of us and led by a lady with an Irish lilt - what more could I ask for! From the pre-wedding meetings right up to the day itself - she was amazing!"

“Leilah was the best person we could have ever asked for! If anyone ever says you don't need a wedding co-ordinator, they are wrong and you should have Leilah! She was amazing! Not only did she help us with so many messages and calls leading up to the wedding but on the day, she thought of things that needed sorting and did so that didn't even cross our minds! Leilah's bell tents for our guests that stayed in them were amazing and having Leilah to help with clear up the day after was an absolute godsend! I don't think we'd have managed anything without her - the entire day was seamless and so stress-free, it was amazing, especially for such a DIY wedding!"

Catering: Ceylon and Beyond

"Ceylon and Beyond are a catering company who often do food trucks at festivals but they also have several large weddings in their repertoire. They served up the most amazing Sri Lankan buffet with pappadums, rice, daal, three curry mains and the most amazing puddings I've ever tasted, they also did our evening food which was Sri Lankan stir fry as well as vegetable and mutton rolls and my personal favourite, masasla croquettes. Adding to all of this, they provided all of our amazing canapes for the reception, the welcome drink - a gin bramble and finally they came back the following day to provide all of us the best barbeque food we've ever tasted.”

“These guys were amazing! We sent in our requests for the first dance and others and our general vibe and they did not disappoint! They were amazing from start to finish, keeping everyone entertained and I don't think we saw the dance floor empty the entire night!”

She knows just from speaking to her what you want and how to create the design that you don't know how to express but that has always been in your head since being a child - she makes it! Jo was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish and what she created for me was truly mesmerising!”

“We booked Lizzie around two years before the actual event and she sent us cake samples in the post that blew us away! We wanted a slightly alternative wedding cake and a whole range of flavours and she more than delivered but was also just so lovely from start to finish with all the questions we had and checking in with us just beforehand to make sure that we had no changes! We can't thank Lizzie enough!”
